Support process
Refund, revocation, and privacy removal requests are handled from that address. Include your certificate ID or payment reference so the server-held record can be located.
What to include
For a payment or certificate issue, include the payment reference, date, amount, browser name, and a short description. Never send card details, UPI PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.
Privacy reminder
The website does not maintain user accounts or a cloud history of your typing result, so support may be unable to reconstruct an unpaid result after the browser session is closed. For an issued certificate, support can investigate the server-held record using its certificate ID or provider payment reference.
