Acceptable use

You may use the website for personal typing practice and download a certificate when payment is available. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent a result as independently verified, or use the site unlawfully.

Result limitations

Scores depend on the device, browser, prompt, keyboard, and input behaviour. The tool does not confirm identity, supervise the test, or prevent every form of manipulation. Identity is not independently verified, and the test is not proctored. The certificate is not accredited and does not guarantee acceptance by an employer, school, or examination body.

Payments and delivery

The ₹49 charge applies only to the PDF certificate download. Payments are handled by the hosted Razorpay checkout. The server confirms a captured payment against its fixed amount, currency, and order before it issues a certificate. A browser return does not prove payment or authorize issue or delivery by itself.

Each issued certificate has a server-held verification record and a private PDF. The public verification page confirms TypingNova issuance and result matching only; it does not verify identity or how the test was taken. Refund, revocation, and privacy-removal actions can change or withdraw that record.

Test Mode and live payments

During staging, Razorpay Test Mode is used and no real money is charged. Production payments remain disabled until onboarding, legal/support review, security and recovery checks, and explicit go-live approval are complete. Support is reachable at support@typingnova.com.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or experience errors. You are responsible for saving any PDF you purchase because results are not stored in a user account.

Liability

Use the tool at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of fitness for employment, examination, or certification purposes.
